I have D-link PCMCIA DWL-650+ wireless card.
I want to install linux drivers for DWL-650+ but i um unable to install the linux drivers in BackTrack
Can u please help me in this matter.

You may have to copy the firmware to /lib/firmware:

Sir, this means that i have to download the firmware and copy all the files /lib/firmware.
but, i am unable to find the firmware acx100 file .. can u please provide me the steps and download link.

There is no excuse for not using google. Use your brains for the rest of the problem, or otherwise go buy a well supported chipset.

You are most definitely not a professional so I recommend that you switch over to something easier (ie Ubuntu) and start there because you aren't going to get anything here.
