Broadcom 4311 still not working for injection

Unless I am doing something wrong, bcm43xx is still not injecting. I put it into monitor mode channel 6 found some APs on channel 6. Power is 0 or -1 (when I know it's en extremely strong signal), injection tests failed on -9. Tried aireplay-ng -1, failed. Oh well. Unless I am doing something wrong like not loading it right or something. My atheros has no problem with injection, unless the Broadcom needs more steps on the loadup.

Best thing to do is get a better card. Even if you did get the broadcom to work, it's going to be flaky.

I actually just bought the WUSB54g on ebay refurb. I just would love not to have stuff plugged into my laptop and just use the built-in card. I'll keep trying to get it to work. I ain't no quitter.

Just curious. What do you do after boot.

I changed kismet.conf to bcm43xx,eth0,Broadcom 4311
I ran kismet

I also tried:
airmon-ng start eth0 6
ifconfig eth0 up
aireplay-ng -9 eth0

This is what i do after boot...

ifconfig eth1 down
airmon-ng start eth1
ifconfig eth1 up
aireplay-ng -9 eth1

make sure the ap signal is extremely strong......

When I run aireplay -1 it can get association - gives me a list of stuff it can be
aireplay -9 just fails, not explanation given

If I try eth1 down or up I get a 'no such interface' error.
