how to make a pen testing LAB?[vmware].please help me.

You might wanna try some google-fu as spoonfeeding is generally not what this forum is about...

might be a good place to start. And you also might want to get hold of some Operating systems. I personally use win2000 SP4 and XP SP1.

And some things will work on a VM machine but not on a "real" machine. So if you find something that works in VM and not on a real pc - then post for help buddy
