According to this, rt2860 doesn't seem to be supported by linux. As an alternative you may want to try ndiswrapper.
Any one got any drivers that are useful with wepbuster for mini-pci-e not usb?
got the standard ralink ones via apt-get but they dont seem to want to load to even use for normal wifi

just done apt-get install rt2860 and go the drivers so rebooted and now i can see ra0
BUT get
root@bt:~# ifconfig ra0 up
SIOCSIFFLAGS: Operation not permitted
root@bt:~#

You sure all you did was...
"apt-get install rt2860" as there are not packages of that name? what repo's are you using? just the standard BT ones?
