All caps to all lower case and mybe some 1234's at the end

ok so i can a word list of names (people and animal names) but all the names are in caps can someone give me some gudance on how to change them all to lower case?

and then after that i wanna add 123 to ends

Convert all letters to lowercase:

tr [:upper:] [:lower:] < wordlist.txt > wordlistLOWER.txt

Add 123 to end of each line:

sed 's/$/123/' wordlist.txt > wordlist123.txt
