lzm install problem

hi there...could you please explaine how can i install SWPA in BT3...i have read the post that another user poste it but still can figure out...i have downloaded the SWPA.lzm file in /root/ then

bt ~ # lzm2dir SWPA.lzm /
bt ~ # ls >> to verify
bt ~ # cd /root/swpa >> making a folder swpa
bt swpa # make
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.

how can i install it....i have tried everything i know ...anyone can help...thanks

bt ~ # lzm2dir SWPA.lzm /

Um thats it! A .lzm installs that easy
