I would like to play a .flv on backtrack 3. I tried a lot of player on backtrack but I didn't found one whose accept this type of file.

KPlayer plays flv files. It isn't installed in BT3.
VLC will.... you can download the modules here...
copy it to the /BT3/modules Directory

I tried all the applications included in the "Multimedia" section.

If you have no internet connection then where are you encoutering flv content?
I'm a compulsive post editor, you might wanna wait until my post has been online for 5-10 mins before quoting it as it will likely change.

Trash windows, get Linux! Any default version of KDE has 'ffmpeg' already installed.
Ffmpeg can ecode a flv file as mp4/etc!
