    Yes, I read, i know and i tried but nothing happened. Still black screen. Why? Am i doing something wrong??? or sollution doesn't work???
    Does the disk work in another machine?
    Of course, if you really wanted to have some fun, go to Wal-Mart late at night and ask the greeter if they could help you find trashbags, roll of carpet, rope, quicklime, clorox and a shovel. See if they give you any strange looks. --Streaker69

    OK, I solved!
    In the start menu i have edited the first command line pushing two times the letter "e", and adding after "quiet vga 0x317" the code "acpi=off noapic"; at last "b" for boot.
