I am trying to configure sound in backtrack 3 final .. but failing regularly
Please help!
My Hardware configurations is as Follows
1> Motherboard Intel D946GZI integrated sound system SIGMATEL sound hardware with STAC227 driver
This what i found in my Sound Configuration box
Audio Device:
0: STAC92xx ANALOG (DUPLEX)
Synth Device:NOT ENABLED IN CONFIG
MIDI Device: NOT ENABLED IN CONFIG
Timers:
7: system timer
Mixers:
0:Sigma Tel STAC9227
Though it has found my hardware .. but as it says Synth Device and Midi Device Not enabled in COnfig
How to Enable it and which from which config
