    Default Inter-Vlan Routing

If this is enabled through out a network and everything has propagated and is running correctly. Would a packet sniffer catch all packets on every vlan, just the vlan it is on, or just on its side of the router.
I am sorry if this seems callow or verdant but I just can't come to a conclusion on my own.

I have a cisco course today, I think the teacher may be able to give me a solid answer, so if anyone is interested about this I will post it.

I tried it in my workplace . Tried it with ettercap, Made a list of all live ips using nmap and loaded the list into ettercap. It kind of worked as in ettercap recongised all the ips and started sniffing..but there was some hardware problem in main router then. Will do it again soon and post the results.
