Default Malicious code in a google search

I was search google for information on a laptop - a compaq CQ50-139WM, which is on sale at Walmart stores for $298 tommorow. What was wierd that a lot of the top search results had this in the address:
    </title><FRAMESET><FRAME/SRC='//0131.0225.0363.0311/b/'>
FF blocked these sites as attack sites. My question is, what is this website, and what is it capable of?

Just a guess here but I'm betting its an IFrame, XSS hack.

The Url is most likely encoded (Hex maybe?)

Hackvertor should help you decode it.
