when i try penetration test msfconsole from 1 comp to 2 comp my kaspersky show me that i'm attack from 1 comp. but when i try penetration test to my friend which is from other city i think its not working :S

Secure from whom? Each other or professional Pen Testers? If the former, I'd say you have zero to be concerned about.

The details that you give out in your first post are way to sparse to pinpoint your problem. But the answer to this question is no, naturally a box can be penetrated/hacked/compromised over the WAN as well as LAN given the right conditions. This is however against the rules of most ISP's, which is why you are advised to keep your testing on your own private LAN network.

If your friend has a NAT device, like a router, you would be hitting that instead of his computer. Also you should not be running metasploit over the internet because it is most likely not legal.
There's no most likely about it.
Of course, if you really wanted to have some fun, go to Wal-Mart late at night and ask the greeter if they could help you find trashbags, roll of carpet, rope, quicklime, clorox and a shovel. See if they give you any strange looks. --Streaker69
I've been hanging around for a while but have only learn't enough to interact and help. But, I have noticed a lot of posts recently about hacking across WAN. In most cases its illegal unless you have a special contract with an ISP to use tools in such a case.
We will not help people hack over WAN, if you have such a contract you wouldn't need to ask for help, if you do need help then don't ask. It is probably in breach of T&Cs and laws.
Maybe a point to add to the forums rules.
