    Default connecting to other wireless lan's through a bt homehub

    does anyone here know if it is possible to use a bt homehub connected to a laptop, via ethernet, to connect to a wireless lan? and if so how?

    I would assume via "bridge mode".
    But fail to see how this is anything to do with Backtrack OS nor way you wouldn`t use something like the fon wireless access point (with all the goodies installed) or why http://www.google.com wouldnt be your friend.

    cool thx i was thinking cos the laptop i am using right now has no wifi. so if i could bounce through it to scan packet sniff and get to use or at least try half the tools that are avalible it would make me a happy chappie
