Unfortunately after doing a bunch of research I've come to the conclusion that the iPhone really isn't good for anything except being an iPhone. For all it's functionality the hardware specs aren't that great and apple is fighting the mod community every step of the way.
Best you can do is the "ipwn" it looks a little like a Borg scanner with the wifi dongle but it has some really cool features.

@OP if you really want something handheld that can do a lot of the stuff that Back|Track can do, pick up a Sharp Zaurus off eBay.

That's hardly surprising. Apple has always maintained VERY aggressive control of all it's hardware and software. In many ways, MS's business practices looks like a warm and fuzzy kitten on Prozac in comparison to Apple's rabid doberman.

I've done a little googling and haven't come up with anything, yet. I know you could use a VNC client and operate BT on your compy and there is aircrack for the iPhone, but other than that, I don't know.

And once again, NO - the iPhone's internal WLAN isn't able to inject. It's a closed source card with closed source firmware.
