I'm planning on having backtrack 3 final running in virtual box on kubuntu 8.04.

I'm wondering how secure this is. If backtrack was to become hacked, would my kubuntu files be in danger?

Also, my main question, is there any way data from kubuntu could be seen or cause backtrack to leave traces back to me? Normally backtrack is a live cd and has no information about the user, but kubuntu does. Thats my worry

Is this a reasonably safe set-up?
