    Default Creating an MD5

Well to test to see if I have a corrupted download I was going to test my md5 sum...except I don't have an md5 sum. Is there any program that creates an md5 sum for a file?

In linux you can easily calculate the checksum of a file using the md5sum command. For Windows there are a number of freeware applications available for accomplishing the same task.

Good to hear that a simple re-download sorted out your problems.

Yeah, you really got to hate when they assign cryptic commands like that for simple tasks.
