I am really liking BT3 and am working on learning linux now that i have completed my MCSE+S / CCNA! As a network engineer this OS is great! But i have some stupid noob questions. Like the main one is how to install my USB Netgear WG111T to Back Track 3. I believe i have the files needed, but am unsure how to get my USB card to run!

I'd really appreciate some help on completing this so i can continue to read all your forums and learn this new OS!
