what can i do with this?

i bought a omni 10dbi antenna and put it outside and tried to get some stuff... after some wep keys i saw that i have some wireless networks like this one:

After connecting, they send me to their page with a login, just using a correct login they allow accessing internet. what kind of service/encryption is this ?

It's called a captive portal.
It is also illegal to attempt to connect to a network that you do not have permission to access.
