I set my resolution in backtrack 4 to 1280x800, but when i restart computer, it back to 800x600. How i save my resolution?

How'd you install backtrack?

If it's being booted off a DVD or USB, I doubt it would be able to save any changes, unless it's a persistent USB. If it's a hard drive install, it should save any changes that are made.
