    Default Bootable USB question

I downloaded the USB image and extracted all the contents to my flash drive:
    Folders:
    [BOOT]
    boot
    BT3

What is the [BOOT] used for and should i not copy it to my flash drive?
What is [BOOT] folder for and do i need it for USB install?

It didn't mention about that folder in the wiki so I was wondering if i should include this or not.

Copy EVERYTHING in the bt3 iso to a fat32 partition on your thumbdrive. Run bootinst.sh on linux or bootinst.bat on windows. That's it.
