Hi All,

Could do with some help as really am stumped now, I have been trying to get backtrack to load on my Asus X70sr (Also known as F7SR) With all options at the boot i just get a black screen apart from using safemode
where the system hangs with the following message

"Linux live end, Starting the Linux Distribution
"Usage : init 0123456 SsQqAaBbCcUu"

My hardware is :

BLU-RAY Optical Drive
4GB GDDR Memory
Core 2 DUO 2.0GHZ
250GB Sata HDD
ATI Radeon HD 2400 (256MB)

1, My Graphics card is not defaulting to the D-SUB Port (VGA) like some peoples

2, Apart from safe mode all i get is a black screen but BT Seems to be loading as the Blu -Ray drive is making all the right noises

3, using acpi=off , irqpoll doesnt help

4, Its not my CD as works on my desktop and my other 2 laptops

5, Im completly FSKING Stumped lol!.#
