What is bt3 good for besides wep?

All of the tutorials i've seen are just "l00k cacking w3p is l331!" is that really all anyone uses it for? any tutorial sites are well appreciated.

bt3 is a collection of tools, it has many other security pentesting tools such as bluetooth security, SQL security, etc

The only reason why you see all these cracking WEP is cool is because it includes aircrack-ng suite along with prepatched tools. However that is only just one aspect of many things backtrack is capable of doing.

Are you serious? As you previously have posted a question on how to crack the SAM file using BT you obviously already know the answer to this question. Apart from that one would think that you could bother doing some simple research on the forum or the official download location before posting such a daft question.

Its good for lots and lots of stuff you probably don't understand. Backtrack doesn't get the title of #1 pentest distro for nothing.
