Tecra M9 /sbin/udevtrigger hang fix?
I've been assigned a Tecra M9 laptop to do some penetration testing and I would prefer to use backtrack3 not 2, however the /sbin/udevtrigger boot hang is keeping me from doing so. The workaround of using nohotplug does get it booting but pretty much guarantees the laptop isn't useful after boot. I'm willing to do a hard drive install if I can get some re-assurance that there's a way to get it working once I do.
Are there any solutions to this, or any suggestions?
