Saved Profiles?

Hi all,

Did a quick look around and didn't find anything, but I apologize if this is a duplicate. Is there a way to save/load profiles for BT3? I'd like to have all my settings/wallpaper/etc saved and able to import after I boot. Is this already a feature in BT3? Thanks in advance!
