Problem with low volume

I recently installed bt4 on my Samsung 120 Netbook. I also like to use this netbook to watch movies on when I'm in bed. Is there any ways I can increase the volume and not just through sound settings.

I seem to be having the same issue.

Asus G50VT-X1 laptop have to turn all the volumes to the max to hear anything when playing vids or music.

You can set shortcuts to increase/decrease volume. I use the fn key+up/down, the same I use under windoze, but you can adjust that to what you like most. I also have a controller in my system tray, but I don't remember how I got it there (it was easy, though...). Try searching something like "tray kmix".
