Error: could not start kstartupconfig. Check your installation

I have downloaded Backtrack3 final live cd and every time I run the cd I get the error ”could not start kstartupconfig. Check your installation”.
I have also tried Backtrack3 beta and didn’t get any errors.
Does anybody have an idea what this means and what I can do?

Try burning the ISO again, if not, maybe its a bad down load.

At first check if the md5sum matches. If it does, you could also try it out in VMWare to save some blank cd's.

If both is successful then try to burn with the slowest speed possible.
