    Wait....you said you did the CD ISO install on a USB drive...... I'm confused now. Why didn't you use the USB ISO on the USB drive?

    Only Vesa works on my laptop, so using the USB version was useless. I can install the headers myself if their needed.

    Would this cause my problem?
