Preferred upgrade path from BT4 pre-final to BT4 final?

It's amazing how the installation of Backtrack has evolved, from Backtrack 2 to 4.
We went from typing commands like crazy to just clicking on an install script on Backtrack 4, yet people still complain about the clean install and backups.

Even on broken Windows, we still do clean installs to 7, I did not realize there were people still doing OS upgrades.

+1 on this, I almost always do a clean install...even if its *gasp* windows!

Excellent point.... back up your crap... Boot the CD and double click.. Tell me M$ is better than that...
