Could someone inform about TightVNC being pre-installed in backtrack 4 or not?

and how can i start it? what commands do i need to use

Let`s say i have a wireless connection secured with a wep key, and i already figured the wep key. How can i enter that computer with tightVNC? i have no other system then Backtrack 4 so i am forced to learn the language( i accidently removed windows)
