    Default Can't delete file in Windows folder

    I used backtrack 3 usb final version. When i loged in backtrack 3, i went to media:/hdb1/WINDOWS/system32 and delete sethc.exe but had error. Does anybody have problem same with me? And how can fix this bug?

    It would be nice to know what the error was.

    I don't remember exactly but windows folder is in NTFS format.Now i use KDE enviroment so that error doesn't occur. Thanks for reply. When I see that error i will write down and report here. Thansk again

    Did you mount your ntfs partition to read and write using ntfs-3g module ?

    You can try:

    # umount /mnt/yourpartition
    # mount -t ntfs-3g /dev/yourpartiton /mnt/yourpartition
