Your best bet is to give it a try
    http://forums.remote-exploit.org/search.php
    and
    www.google.com

No spoon feeding here.if you not that much familiar with BT3 then BT3 is not for you.

dustin343, those are compressed files (.tar.gz). My suggestion is to extract them, and see if maybe they come with a README or INSTALL file that you can follow. Also, secure_it is right. Try searching for "rtl8187b-modified.tar.gz". I just did a search for that and found the answer to your question...

Your best bet is to start learning Linux and Linux specific commands before trying to start with pentesting directly.

These are really basic things so I assume that you are not really that experienced with Linux.

So my recommendation is to getting known to the basics like finding your way around with the console, how to compile applications from source and so on, before really getting deeper into all the stuff.

Did you try a search, like secure_it and syph0n suggested? If so, what did you find?

Did you extract the tgz's to see what you could find inside them? If so, what did you find?

You need to help yourself a little, if you want others to help you also
