WG111v3 - How to install the driver?

Hello. Yes, I'm new, and I have a question.

I got a driver for my WG111v3 Netgear USB Stick, comiled it and now I'm stuck. airdriver-ng says that it is loaded but I can't get my stick to work with it. Infact, my stick is registered with "wmaster0" and my normal PC Card is registered with "wlan0", could anyone help me?

when you type iwconfig does your card show up in monitor mode?

You should see something like this where I bolded it:

Connect USB Stick after properly booting up BT3 and if its Atheros based chipset then forget it wont work with Discovery/injection as madwifi is not supporting USB NIC yet.after attaching test using this

airodump-ng wlan0
aireplay-ng -9 wlan0

let us know chipset model & the commands you are using.

i THINK that is the card I use, and I have never had to isntal drivers, straight out the box for BT3 etc.

I have tested wg111v3
best for this adapter is backtrack 4 not 3
if you want disable card in your pc
modprobe -r and example modprobe -r iwlagn
remove usb adapter and plug again
airmon-ng
you will see what you got
if wlan0 then
airmon-ng start wlan0 check if you got wlan0 monitor mode enabled or monitor mode on mon0
if mon0 then
airodump-ng mon0
if wlan0
airodump-ng wlan0
generally first check which card you use in your pc maybe this card is better then wg111v3
