Lately I'm having problems with some text files with non-english characters that are not properly recognized in BT3. I was trying to download and use such tools as Enca and Konwert but neither of them worked properly (unable to install or demanding some non-existing libraries, etc.). So the question is does someone knows a proper text encoding recognizer/converter that works in BT3?
