    Default Ugly error from airmon-ng

    Hello,

I have just set up my BT3 final, and installed aircrack-ng packet, since it was not installed like in previous versions. Though when I am trying to run airmon-ng I am getting strange error:

    bt / # airmon-ng
/usr/local/sbin/airmon-ng: line 256: syntax error near unexpected token `}'
    /usr/local/sbin/airmon-ng: line 256: `}'

Which is total bullshit from my point of view, because I took a look into the code and it looked ok. Question is, how am I to make airmon-ng work? And since I did not find that kind of error on any search, then how to reinstall the whole aircrack-ng packet? The net is full of install guides, but not uninstall...

I've just posted the below "fix" on aircrack-ng's trac...

    Error:
/usr/local/sbin/airmon-ng: line 256: syntax error near unexpected token `}'
    /usr/local/sbin/airmon-ng: line 256: `}'
    fix:
Open /etc/local/sbin/airmon-ng with your favorite editor and add missing "fi" on line 166
    hope this helps...
The pure and simple truth is rarely pure and never simple.

thank's man, but I've already managed to reinstall the whole package and now it's working.
