Angry Newbie question: burned BT3 ISO not booting or readable

I have burned ISO files b4 with no problems.
In fact yesterday just burned a Vista Tools ISO that was freely downloadable and I also burned ERD Commander. Am using standard CD-R's that never gave me a problem. Between my 3 PC's I have 5 CD-R/DVD-R drives with latest firmware. Burning ISO and other CD/DVD's never gave me much of a problem before.

I download (on Windows XP machines) the BT3 ISO (CD Image) from the main remote exploit site, downloads section-first entry.

Downloaded it yesterday and burned the ISO on one machine. Could not boot from it on any of my 3 machines. Could not even view its contents in Explore.

However the other ISO's I burned (not BT) were bootable and I could view the contents in Windows Explorer (D drive).

Error - on 3 machines when trying to view contents of burned CD-R "Windows could not read from this disk. The disk might be corrupted, or it may be using a format that is not compatible with Windows".

So today. I downloaded the ISO file AGAIN but to a different PC (Windows XP) and burned the ISO with another licensed copy of NERO.

Still cannot boot from the ISO CD nor view its contents.

    What am I doing wrong??

    Thanks so much
    Peter

check the md5 of the iso
    burn as slow as possible
don't use nero, use Imgburn (free)

    Thanks
2nd time I burned at 16x and that did not work.

Per your reply to my original post:
I noticed download size was 711,626 instead of 695mg as listed on site.
Also MD5 hash was incorrect on both computers-downloaded 2 different days.

Will download one more time, wish there was another mirror to use--know of any other places?

Perhaps I can download the USB version and just burn that as an ISO to a CD-R. Thoughts??

Thanks a lot for your help.
I cannot be the only one experiencing this I would think.

Thanks am downloading again. Not using a download manager at all.
Coming from synet.be mirror, forget what it was last time, perhaps same, not sure.

    Thanks,
    Peter
