Hi, in order to get a client to use for packet injection I use kismet and airodump.

Question is why does kismet show more clients than airodump for each AP and are they just as reliable.

I had a theory that maybe the ones in airodump are the ones transfering packets i.e. connected. And that the ones in kismet are the ones connected and the ones that have been connected in the past.

Is the above statement correct?
