    Default Dual boot XP and Backtrack on the same drive

    Hello everyone:
    I a newbie to Linux and would like to learn more about it. I like to do a dual boot XP and backtrack on my notebook.
    I have read this thread h**p://forums.remote-exploit.org/showthread.php?t=1396 from killnine to show step by step which is awsome info to learn. My question is: is this BACKTRACK3_VMWare.rar is the file for install to my drive.

    this file BACKTRACK3_VMWare.rar is the file used if your going to install VMware and setup a virtual PC And run BT that way.
