I've not used the .bat file, I usually do everything from unix/linux, but that looks right.
Of course, if you really wanted to have some fun, go to Wal-Mart late at night and ask the greeter if they could help you find trashbags, roll of carpet, rope, quicklime, clorox and a shovel. See if they give you any strange looks. --Streaker69

If I'm understanding your problem correctly, you need to edit the bootinstall.bat file changing these lines:
    Code:
    :setupNT
    \boot\syslinux\syslinux.exe -ma -d \boot\syslinux %DISK%:
    goto setupDone

    :setup95
    \boot\syslinux\syslinux.com -ma -d \boot\syslinux %DISK%:
    to these:
    Code:
    :setupNT
    \boot\syslinux\syslinux.exe -ma -f -d \boot\syslinux %DISK%:
    goto setupDone

    :setup95
    \boot\syslinux\syslinux.com -ma -f -d \boot\syslinux %DISK%:
    Hope this helps.

Ohhhhh, that looks familiar. I think it was in BP's how-to install to a usb drive.

You have a good memory Barry, that's exactly where I got it.
