No display - black screen

hello im also having problem now with nmay BT3f sdhc install.
before i dont have this problem only after i installed kdebluetooth.
the problem is confined only on my "persistent changes" option

i have made a persistent changes on my sdhc
if i boot with the option "changes=/dev/sda5" i get the blackscreen after the bootsplash
but then if i edit out that "changes=/dev/sda5" i go straight to desktop..


what could be wrong with my "/dev/sda5"? what can i do to correct this. this just happend now

have you formatted the sda5 partition and placed a 'changes' folder on the partition? is the partition ext2?

yups i do have them (changes, "copy2ram", images lost+found and xino)

-my only problem is kde doesnt show after i rebooted from updating and installing kdebluetooth pack, i dont know exactly what to uninstall so i could go back to my prior booting state

actually i have installed gslapt and then i installed an excluded package i.e some golib-sol..... and then vlc player ....all worked fine but when i restarted i am getting problem with startx,i am getting black screen and after haltin some dispatch errors and fonts.dir error is anyone know about this
