Thanks PostalService for the update, it indeed looks like the link I provided in my original post have died. I will take a look at the new driver, try to track down a direct source and update my tutorial accordingly.

Are these changes only necessary for BT3, or were they added in BT4? Thanks so much....I know, probably a stupid question.
