1) you can either remaster the disc which is more suitable than creating lzm files which may not overwrite the files that already exist with the other lzm that are already loaded
2) you have to write a script to mount the lzm files seperately because a burnt cd cannot be remastered again unless the session has not been closed, but then again, there are no point in doing so.
[edit] You no longer need ndiwrapper, intel has released a linux driver which you'll probably need to compile and install but i doubt you'll have to update your kernel, same thing happened to me with my RALINK 802.11n chipset. I still can't post a link to the driver but just go to intel's site support/wireless/wlan/sb/CS-025330
