First of all, I would like to say that I understand that BT is Linux and I'm fine with using the console commands, but I remember that on the GUI for BT3 had a sweet rubbery effect when moving around windows and my BT4 doesn't seem to do that.
Can anyone tell me how to enable it or install something that can do that?

A third party security audit is the IT equivalent of a colonoscopy. It's long, intrusive, very uncomfortable, and when it's done, you'll have seen things you really didn't want to see, and you'll never forget that you've had one.
if you want to impress someone just do your work, that's all
