    Arrow Installing kernel and drivers????

    Hello i have a laptop toshiba a200-1iz with intel wifi 4965 built in... I ve read the topics on how to make the card work... i have downloaded <<IW>> and the other files but i need instruction how to install the kernel and how to compile IW. i am a newbie in linux and i hope i didnt post this topic in the wrong forum area. Pleasee.....Help!!!!!

    P.S i am booting Backtrack 3 final from usb.

    However, as compiling a new kernel is no easy process and you mention that you are a linux newbie, I think that the best advice I could give you at this point would be to get a supported wireless card and spare yourself from a bunch of trouble.

    I have the same problem.
    I would be good if someone could make a step to step instruction how to integrate a new kernel and the Intel 4965AGN driver into the BT3 iso file.

    I really need this.
