can we make a BT DVD??

I was reading mwb tutorial provided on backtrack wiki.. a question popped into my mind.. what if i install huge amount of software (ofcourse which i need) on my HDD and then make a ISO of that.. it is obviously clear that it would be in GBs.. (maybe 1-3).. and what if i burn it on DVD following that tutorial.. will this idea work?? would my DVD be bootable and working??

Yes it can work
you can follow the wiki for creating a dvd from the usb version. And of course you could get the cd version and add your own modules.
