This looks more like a shopping list.
Go shop at google with this list. You'll find a whole bunch of stuff posted in these forums and the old ones as well on all topics you're "shopping" for.
Start at the beginner level, you'll find it easier. Hacking is a lot like martial arts - you're likely to hurt yourself if you don't know the basics before taking on more advanced topics.

Visit the HowTo page at this site (see those buttons at the top of the page?) and check out the "Customize Backtrack" link as well as the two links that mention installing BackTrack to USB. Hopefully that answers your first three questions.
As for learning BackTrack at the Expert level, there are a number of training courses offered by Offensive Security (click on the Training link, again at the top of the page). You might also want to spend some time improving your search-fu.
