Hello all, and sorry for beginner question.
I have TP-LINK TL-WN620G USB WLAN adapter,
My question is, does it works on BT (any version)?
I need it for WEP Cracking (I have a tutorial) but I don't know if this adapter works on BT, so maybe someone who have this adapter, had or just know something about this adapter, share it here please.
Thank you very much.

Hello,
Here is the information that I have found about:
Well the chipset is Atheros.# Manufacturer: TP-Link
# Model: TL-WN620G
# Version: 1.2
# Device Type: USB
# Chipset: Atheros
# Vendor/Device #: 0CF3:0002
If only the chipset state if it will work or not, then it will work.
Thanks by the way![]()
I am using same usb adapter but with ndiswrapper drivers, but you can't put it in monitor mode with ndiswrapper drivers. It is using atheros AR5523 chipset.
You can check this page for installing firmware and then to install drivers:
ar5523 - Debian Wiki
I haven't tried to install that and I don't know will this work... But you can try![]()
@OP:
You may want to take a look at this.
Will not enable injection, but at least monitor mode will be enabled.
