Need advice about pcmcia card

Im going to buy a pcmcia wireless card for my laptop.
The point is that i dont want to spend much money on it, and i only want to use it with backtrack (actually with all the aircrack suite)
The point is that i need advice on which model to choose.
I am watching on ebay a (sic) "D-Link DWL-G630 Wireless-G Adapter PCMCIA Card 54Mbps" taht is pretty cheap and, as i checked on the internet, it seems to have an atheros chip, which would work fine with this purposes...
Would this card work better than my integrated one? (Intel® PRO/Wireless 3945 ABG)
