    Default "check forced"

Every time I start up my bt3 beta vm, I get ...

    Code:
"/dev/sda1 was not cleanly unmounted, check forced"
... and then it starts doing something that I can only assume is akin to a disk check.

The VM then starts normally and runs just fine.

This slows me down and I am really puzzled as to why this happens at all.

I do not slam the VM, I close it using the K>Log Out>Turn Off Computer option.

The main concern is that I do not corrupt my bt3 beta vm.

Has anyone else seen this or may have an answer for this?

Seems to me people were having that problem with bt3 beta when they used the ext3 file system.

Follow up I reformatted to Ext3 and now im not having this problem anymore. I didn't change anything about my install .

The only difference was the change from Ext2 to Ext3 ..

I don't understand the difference between the file systems so maybe someone can shed some light on this..
