Since the passwords should change periodically, create a simple text file that contains all of the current passwords, accounts, userids, etc. Encrypt this file with a powerful encryption program and keep the key to the encryption in a sealed envelope in a safe (the CEO's safe?).
Send this encrypted file to a number of people who whould be there to "pick up the pieces" if you get too intimate with a bus, with the instructions of how to access the data. As the data changes, update the file and resend to your list of people, but use the same original key.
This way, the info is always up to date. Plus, you only have to access the "safe" once. The data is now safe, secure and accessible in an emergency.
