'Critical' Linux kernel bugs discovered
I have no idea if this has been posted before, sorry if it has.
And another note, I'm not sure about the rules of this sub-forum so hopefully I'm not doing anything wrong :b .
But some critical security issue has been discovered that exists in
the Linux kernel 2.6.24.1.

You're running a livecd. Who is going to hack you? And even on the small chance they do exploit you, all you have to do is reboot.
Absolutely no worries.
You do realize that A) not everyone is running BT of the live-cd B) As long as you have your system up and running they could possibly have access to all the data on your computer C) The weakness was related to the kernel and not BT as an OS itself.Hehehe, you have to really wonder sometimes.

But as shamanvirtuel states, the patch for this particular flaw was released just one day after the exploit came to public knowledge, as often is the case.
